Subscription & Billing

All new accounts require a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, billing is month-to-month. To cancel for the following month, you must cancel on or before the 20th of the current month. Cancellations after the 20th take effect the month after next. All subscription fees are non-refundable.

Free Trial

A 14-day free trial is available to new accounts. A valid payment method is required for verification. You will not be charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before day 14, no charge is made.

Acceptable Use

You may only use the Service for lawful business purposes. Prohibited conduct includes spam, unauthorized access attempts, impersonation, uploading malware, and using AI features to generate harmful content. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Account Termination

Holland Digital may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. No refund is issued for terminated accounts. You may submit a termination appeal within 14 days to appeals@hollanddigital.agency.

AI Disclaimer

Chatbot responses are AI-generated and may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying content before it reaches your customers. Holland Digital is not liable for errors in AI-generated content.

Data & Privacy

We collect your name, email, business information, and appointment data to provide the Service. We do not sell your data. We share it only with essential providers: OpenAI, Stripe, SendGrid, and Railway. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@hollanddigital.agency. Data is retained for up to 24 months after account cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

Holland Digital's liability is limited to fees paid in the three months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes will be resolved in DuPage County, Illinois courts.
