It applies to all users of our website, platform, and AI-powered scheduling services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The short version: We collect only what we need to run the Service. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the essential third-party providers that power the platform. You can request your data or ask us to delete it at any time.

If you are an End-User interacting with a chatbot on a business's website, please be aware that the business has agreed to our Terms of Service and is responsible for informing you that an AI-powered scheduling tool is in use.

When a customer interacts with a chatbot powered by Holland Digital, we may collect:

This information is stored on behalf of our Client (the business) and is used to fulfill the appointment booking. End-Users may request deletion of their data — see Section 10.

We may engage additional service providers in the future as the platform grows. When we do, this Policy will be updated and you will be notified if the change is material. We will never add a provider that sells or monetizes your data.

5. We Do Not Sell Your Data

Holland Digital does not sell, rent, trade, or broker your personal information to any third party for marketing, advertising, or any other commercial purpose. This applies to both Client data and End-User data.

6. Legal Disclosures

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request, such as a court order, subpoena, or government investigation. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such requests unless prohibited by law or court order. We may also share information when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Holland Digital, our users, or the public.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After your account is cancelled or terminated, we retain your data for up to 24 months before permanent deletion, unless you request earlier deletion (see Section 10). This retention period allows us to restore accounts, resolve billing disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Certain records (such as transaction history) may be retained longer if required by applicable law.

If we do, this Policy will be updated and you will be given the option to opt out. We will not add analytics tools that track you across unrelated third-party websites without your explicit consent.

10. Your Rights and Data Requests

End-Users who wish to request deletion of appointment data collected through a Client's chatbot should contact the Client (the business) directly, or contact us at the address above and we will coordinate with the Client on your behalf.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us at privacy@hollanddigital.agency.

12. Illinois Residents

If you are a resident of Illinois, you have rights under the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). These include the right to be notified in the event of a data breach affecting your personal information. We comply with all applicable Illinois state privacy laws.

13. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. 14. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your data on the basis of legitimate interests or, where required, with your consent.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email at least 14 days before the new policy takes effect. The current version will always be available at hollanddigital.agency/privacy. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
